		And the said John by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That the said

		William became indebted unto y said John y summe of five hundred

 Intrat agt:	& eight pounds of Tobacco & Caske as pr A Certaine specialty given undr:

 Janr: Cort:	his hand & Seale more playnely will may appeare  but the said William

   1674		fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid summe of 508lb:

		tobacco & Caske whereby the said John is Damnified & hath Dammadge

		to y vallue of 1000lb: tobacco & Caske & thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;

		And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the sd: George became

		of tobacco & Caske as pr his specialty more plainely may appeare

Intrat agt:	but the said George fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesd:
