Doe Acknowledge to owe and Stand indebted unto John England
and Compa: of Bristoll marchants the full and Just quantity of
four hundred twenty and three pounds of good Sound marchantable
tobacco in Caske to be paid from the plantacon I now dwell
on in the County aforesaid att or before the tenth day of october
next ensueing the Date hereof to the said England his Lawful
attorney his heires executors: administrators: or assignes To the
which payment well and truly to be made I binde me my heires
executors: and administrators: firmly by these presents In wittnes
whereof I have here Sett my hand and Seale this fifteenth day
