in March the said Shapleigh did oblidge himselfe to lay out the said
tract of Land round upon the performance of this Contract yor:

Know All men by these presents that I Phillip Shapleigh of the
County of Dorseter doe Ingage my Selfe my heires executors:
administrators: or assignes to enter three hundred Acres of Land in
the name of Daniell Moore and for the use of the said Daniell into
his Lopps: Secretaries office and for the true performance of the same
I doe binde my Selfe my heires executors: in the penalty of two thousand
pounds of tobacco for the true performance of the same as wittnes my
