the Province of Maryland planter me my Ares executors: admrs:
or assignes to pay or Cause to be paid unto Phillip Shapleigh
of the County of Dorsett gent: In the full and Just summe of
twelve hundred pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco
and Caske being for A valuable Consideracon in hand already
received to be paid at or before the tenth day of october next
