Now The Condicon of this obligacon is such that if the
Above bounden Doe well and truly of their and either of
their parts (this being with the Consent of Sampson Waters
the Attorney of Hannah Armstrong aforesaid) Stand to
and rest satisfied with their Divisionall Lott which shall
be drawne (The which Divisionall bounds is laid out
by George Johnson of Sommersett County, gent: Provided
that whosoever of the said Daniell Curtis or Stephen
] Bond hath the Lower Part the which hath the houseing
in it, It is agreed by these presents that the said houseing
Shall be Lawfully possessed by both the said Daniell
Curtis and Stephen Bond with their ffamilyes for
one whole year next ensueing the Date of these
presents; That then this Obligation to Stand
void and of none effect otherwise to Stand in
ffull fforce power and vertue ~ ~ ~

Delivered in presence of Daniell Curtis And A
Seale
