year of the of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c before
his LoppS: Justices thereunto assigned and Authorized &c.

The Commrs: being Sett this ffoll Letter was read
To the Sherrife of Sommersett County
fforasmuch as there are Diverst ffines forfeitures and Amercemts:
in the County of Somerset wch: are Due and belong to the Rt: honble:
the Lord Proprietary by the said Cort: assessed upon Diverss persons
within the said Cort: for Diverss Contempts and tresspasses by them
Committed and Done; These are therefore in the name of y Lord
Proprietary to require you that you Search the records of the said
Cort: and make out an (estreat) of all and every the fines forfeitures
and Amercemts: which are there in Conteined and Specified and
A transcript thereof you forthwith Send into the Secretaries office
at St: Maryes under the hands of the Commrs: that soe his said
Lopps: Attorney Generall having view of the same may make
forth process to the sherriffe of the said County to Leavy the same
upon the severall persons from whome the same are Due and
hereof you are not to ffaile given under my hand y seaventh
day of november in the XXXXth: year of the Dominion of Caecilius

hereof) to all Such as hold ordinaryes or Sell any Liquors by
retayle in yor: County that they are not to presume to act any thing
by vertue of the old Licence formerly granted them but if they
desire to keepe theire Licence they may at or: next Provinciall Cort:
