Know All men by these Presents that I William Harris -
of Boston in New England for Divers good Causes and -
Considerations me hereunto moving have and by -
these presents Doe make name Constitute And -
ordayne my Trusty and beloved friend mr: Edward
Davis of Maryland Marchant to be my true and -
Lawfull Attorney for mee and in my name
And to my use to aske Demand Leavy recover
and sue for all such goods as are due and oweing
unto mee either by bill bond writing Accot: negroe
or negroes or other wise ^ in Meriland Giving And
by these presents grannting unto my said Attorney
all my full power right and Lawfull Authoritie
to sue for Arrest Implead Imprison and out of
Prison to Deliver to Compound to Conclude And
Agree Acquittance or Acquittances in my name
or in his owne to make Seale and deliver Attorney
or Attorneys one or more under him as fully -
and effectually as if I my Selfe were personally
present, And I Doe hereby revoke all other Letters
of Attorneys Given by me to any person or persons
heretofore whatsoever for the premisses Ratyfyeing
and Confirming all and whatsoever This my
Attorney aforesaid shall Lawfully Doe or
to be Done in the premisses aforesaid firmly by
these presents In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto
