before the ensealing & Delivery hereof

These wittnesses Did Declare that they sawe the abovesaid
William Harris Signe and Seale this writing and Deliver
it as his Act and Deed Testified october 20th: 1675 before me

Know all men by these pr:Sents that I Edward Lunne of -
Annarundell in the pr:vince of Maryland planter Carpenter
and Mary my wife for divers good causes and Considerations
us hereunto expecially moving have made ordayned Constituted
and in our place and stead put & Authorized our Loving
freind John painter of little Muni Creeke in the County -
of Sommerset in the province aforesaid planter our true -
Sufficient and lawfull Attorney for us and in our names and -
for the use of me Edward Lunne and Mary my wife to -
Enter uppon A certayne parcell of land in the County of -
Sommerset called Golden Quarter lyeing at the mouth of the
Thorowfaire betweene the Devills Island and Damms -
