paid out of the Leavy and ordr: y Clerke to record

Benjamin Merretts (servant to Benjamin Sumners of
this County plantor) Comeing into this Province without
Indenture The Sd: Benjamin Sumners humbly Craves
this worpll: Cort: to passe theire Judgemt: Concerning his
Servants age &c having brought him within the time Limited
according to Act of Assembly in such Cases provided &c
After a full veiwe had and taken by the Justices of
the said Servant This Cort: Doth Judge the said Benjamin
Merretts to be ten yeares of age ; ~ ~ ~ ~
