Know all men by these presents that I Richard Covell of Stepney
marriner have made ordained Constituted & by these doe make
ordaine Constitute and appointe Edward Gunnell of the County of
Sommersett in the Province of Maryland gentl: my true and
Lawfull attorney for me and in my name and for my use to
aske Demand and receive all such Debt and Debts as Shall be
made appeare Due to me the said Covell from any person or
persons in the Province of Maryland And upon nonpayment
thereof of any person or persons to me Indebted their executors
or administrators for me and in my name to Sue arrest Imprison
implead and prosecute for the same and Such Suite or Suites
to proceede to Judgement and execucon and thereupon any
of the said person or persons Indebted their executors and
administrators: in prison to hold and keepe untill payment
thereof be made with all Costs and Damages to be sustayned by
occasion of Deteining any of the said Debt or Debts and upon
payment thereof of any of the person or persons which are
indebted their executors: and administrators forth of prison to
Discharge and acquittances for the same or any part thereof
for me and in my name to make Seale and deliver and
to Doe performe and execute all and every other Lawfull
and reasonable acts and things whatsoever both for obteyning
and Discharging of the same as shall be needfull to be don
giving and by these presents grannting unto my said attorney
