my full and absolute power in the premisses Ratifieing
and holding firme all and whatsoever my sd: attorney shall
Lawfully Doe or Cause to be don in or about the premisses and
alsoe doe further impower my said attorney by virtue of
these presents to make one or two attorneys more if occasion
requires, In wittnes whereof I have hereunto Sett my

recover and receive all and every such Debt and -
Debts whatsoever are resting Due and belonging unto
me within this County of Sommersett either by bill bond
or obligacon or account or any otherwise Due or that
or that may become Due to me or mine assignes
from any person or persons whatsoever within the
