of A Cort: house mr: Randall Revell made a proposicon
to finde A prison built for the use of the County the
Concluding of which was put off till this Court At
which the Justices have accepted of the sd: proposicon
And Thereupon have ordered that the house buillt
neare Randall Revells dwelling house be the prison
for this County till the 25th: March next ensueing
And Doe order that five hundred pounds of Tobacco
be paid to the said Randall Revell for Locks And
Bolts for the same ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Allexander Draper and Miles Gray Doe ingage
themselves Joyntly and severally to secure the -
Sherriffe as to all prisoners Shall be There
Imprisoned in the penalty of one hundred thousand
pounds of Tobacco ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
