The said quantity of 2000lb: of Tobacco Denyeth and Still
doth to pay the same Although often thereunto required
The plt: saith he is Damnified and hath Dammadge to the
vallue of 2959lb: of Like tobacco & thereupon brings his Sute &c
pro quer Henry Smith
June 28th: 1674
This bill bindeth me James Price my heires or assignes to pay
Wittnes or Cause to be paid unto Wm: Areskine or his order the full
Benjamin Sumner quantity of Two Thousand pounds of good marchantable tobacco
Cornelius Ward with Caske to Containe the same upon the 10th: of november next
ensueing Wittnes my hand the Day above written ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
And the said James Price (to witt on the 10th: day of March Annoq
Domini 1674) Cometh before the Cort: And then and there Confest
Judgement; Whereupon this Cort: orders that James Price Pay
unto Wm: Areskine or his order Two Thousand pounds of good Sound
marchantable tobacco And Cost of Suite Alias execucon ; / ;
