Whereupon the said William by Thomas Poole his Attorney
saith that he the said Henry Standeth indebted to the aforesd:
William the summe of one hundred and foureteene pounds
of neate porke as pr his accot: here produced by the plaintiffe
in Cort: will more at Lardge appeare yett he the said Henry
fraudulently intending him the said William of the said
summe aforesaid altogether to Deceive refuseth payment
