Know All men by these presents that I William
Areskine of London marchant have appointed
ordained and in my stead and place put and Constituted
my trustie and well beloved freind Walter Lane of The
County of Sommersett in the Province of Maryland my
true and Lawfull Attourney for mee and in my
name and to my proper use and behoofe to aske sue for
Leavy recover and receive all manner of Debts or
other Demands whatsoever which are now Due
(or which at any time hereafter shall be or may
become Due to mee by any way or meanes what
soever in the aforesaid County of Sommersett And
upon the receipt of any such Debts as aforesaid Acc
quittances and other Discharges for me and in my
name to make Seale and Deliver giveing and grannting
unto my said Attourney full power and Authoritie
in And aboute the premisses to Doe execute And
performe the same as fully Largely and amply in
every respect as I might Selfe might Doe Coulld Doe
if I were there personnally present And I Doe Impower
the said Lane to appointe or ordayne one Attourney
or more under him and at his pleasure to revoke
And I Doe by these Presents engage my Selfe to
ratifie allow and hold firme and Stable all And
whatsoever my said Attourney shall Lawfully
Doe or Cause to be Done in and about the execucon
of the premisses in wittnes whereof I have here
unto
