County of New Kent of Virginia Doe appointe & Constitute
mr: Thomas Barbour my true and Lawfull Attourney for me
and in my name to prosecute and Implead any person or persons
that is indebted unto me in the Province of Maryland any summe
or summes of money quantity or quantities of Tobacco planke
goods or any manner of marchandizes from them to recover
and receive release Dischardge And Acquitt as he the
