Three hundred twenty and foure pounds of good sound
marchantable tobacco and Caske as by A Certaine writing
here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare signed
with the hand and sealed with the seale of him the sd:
Phillip bearing Date the third Day of May Annoq Domini
1669 wherein the said Phillip Did Assume upon himselfe
& Promise to pay or Cause to be paid unto the said John
the said quantity of 324lb: of Tobacco and Caske Conveniently
upon Demand in Manokin after the 10th: day of november
next insueing the Date of the said writing, And for the
performance
