performance thereof bindes himselfe his heires & assignes But he
the said Phillip fraudulently intending to Deceive him the said
John of the said 324lb: tob & Caske Denyeth and Still doth to pay
the same; Allthough the same hath bin severall times Demanded
The plt: saith he is Damnified and hath Dammadge to y vallue
of seaven hundred pounds of Like Tobacco and Caske & Thereupon
brings his suite &c ; / ;
This bill bindeth me Phillip Berre of the County of
Sommersett plantor: my heires or assignes to pay or
Cause to be payd unto John Winder of the County and
Province aforesaid for Avalluable Consideracon already
recd: Three hundred Twenty foure Pounds of good sound
marchantable Tobacco and Caske to be payd wth: Convenience
in Manoakin upon demand after the 10th: of november
next ensueing the Date hereof May the 3d: 1669
