unto Randall Revell in A plea of Trespas upon
the Case &c ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And whereupon the said Randall by his Attorney Henry Smith
saith That he the said Phillip became Indebted unto him the said
Randall the Just summe or quantity of Three hundred thirty six
pounds of Tobacco and Caske as pr his Accot: here in Cort: produced
more plainely will appeare; But the said Phillip fraudulently
intending refuseth to pay the Aforesaid summe or quantity of 336lb: of
tobacco and Caske Allthough severall times hath bin Demanded
whereby the said Randall is Damnified and hath Dammadge (for
want of the said Tobacco) to the vallue of six hundred & seaventy
pounds of Tobacco and Caske, And thereupon bringes his Suite ; / ;
