Lawfull Attourney his executors: admrs: or assignes
To wch: payment well and truly to be made I binde
my Selfe my heires executors: & admrs: firmly

Commeth & maketh oath (in open Cort:) upon the holy Evangelist
thwitt that the That the said Robert Millner did put to his
hand & Seale to the sd: specialty ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
Sommersett Ss Know all men by these presents that I Robert Millner of
Manoakin in the County of Sommersett in the Province of
Maryland planter Doe owe and Stand indebted unto mr: Thomas
Jones of the Citty of Bristoll marchant in the full & Just
summe of eight hundred twenty & five pounds of good
sound Tobacco to Likeing with Caske it being for Avaluable
Consideracon recd: to be paid Covenient at the now dwelling
house of John Shipway in Manoakin at or before the 30th:
day of october next ensueing unto y sd: Thomas Jones his
Lawfull Attorney his heires executors: & admrs: To wch:
paymt: well & truly to be made I doe hereby binde me my
heires executors: & admrs: firmly In wittnes whereof I have
hereunto Sett my hand and Seale this 25th: day of August Ao: 1674
