And the said Randall by his Attourney Henry Smith saith
That the said John became Indebted unto the sd: Randall the
sume of 600lb: of tobacco & Caske & one months worke to be paid upon
Demand as pr A Specialty here in Cort: produced more plainely will
appeare but the said John ffraudulently intending refuseth to pay the
Aforesaid summe of 600lb: of tobacco & Caske and the months worke
although thereunto hath severall times bin Demanded whereby the
said Randall is Damnified and hath Dammadge to the vallue of
1800lb: tobacco & Caske and thereupon bringes his Suite ; / ; ~ ~ ~
This bill bindeth me John Johnson negro of Sommersett
County in the Province of Maryland plantor: me my heires
executors: and admrs: or assignes to pay or Cause to be
paid unto mr: Randall Revell of the County & province
