marchantable Tobacco in Caske, To be paid unto him the said
Thomas Jones his Lawfull Attorney his heires executors:
admrs: or assignes conveniently in the County aforesaid at or
before the 10th: Day of october next ensueing the Date of the said
specialties To the wch: payment well and truly to be made
he the said Robert bindes himselfe his heires executors: and
admrs: But he the said Robert Little regarding his Ingagemts:
fraudulently intending to Deceive him the said Thomas
of the Aforesaid 1725lb: tob: in Caske denyeth & Still doth
to pay the same Allthough often times hath bin thereunto
required The plt: saith he is Damnified & hath Dammadge
to the vallue of Three Thousand pounds of Like Tobacco in
Caske And thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;
The writt being returned n: est: Invts: the plt: by his Attorney
Edward Jones Craves an attachmt: upon the goods Chattles
& Creditts of y sd: Robert Millnor; as alsoe yt: his evidences
may be sworne being here ready ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Sommersett Ss Know All men by these presents that I
Robert Millnor of the County of Sommersett
in the Province aforesaid farrier Doe hereby
Acknowledge to owe and Stand Justly Indebted
unto Thomas Jones of the same County and
Province marchant in the Just & full summe
of nine hundred pounds of good sound mr:chant
able tobacco in Caske to be paid Convenient in
Anamessex river in Sommersett County at
or before the tenth Day of october next ensueing
the Date hereof to the said Jones his
Lawfull
