Jones saith that he the said Robert became Indebted unto
him the sd: Thomas in the full and Just quantity of one Thousand
seaven hundred twenty and five pounds of good sound
marchantable Tobacco and in Caske as by Two Certaine specialties
here in Cort: produced will appeare signed with the hand &
Sealed with the Seale of him the said Robert the one bearing
Date the Last Day of June Ao: Do: 1673 ffor nine hundred
pounds of good sound marchantable tobacco in Caske the
other bearing Date the fifth day of August Ao: Do: 1674
