Sommersett Ss William Morgan was attached to answer the
suite of Phillip Risdon in an accon of
Trespas upon the Case ; / ;
And the said Phillip by his Attourney Henry Smith saith
that the said William became Indebted unto the sd: Phillip
for smiths worke the summe of three hundred and ffifty
pounds of Tobacco and Caske but the said William fraudulently
intending refuseth to pay the aforesd: summe of 350lb: tob: &
Caske Allthough thereunto hath severall times bin Demanded
whereby the said Phillip is Damnified and hath Dammadge to
the vallue of seaven hundred pounds of tobacco & Caske And
thereupon brings his suite ; / ;
