28 is before expressed for the use of this County, But ffor
as much as what was then agreed on was not fully expressed
in the said order according to the intendment there of therefore
this Cort: Doth thinke fitt now to order That all and every one
of the Severall Amercements Due from the severall persons
Cast in their Sute at this County Cort: (or those that have bine
appointed by Act of Assembly to receive the same Amercements)
be paid to the said Henry Smith or his assignes ffor and in
Consideracon of his Charge and trouble about providing Stocks
Ducking Stoole and other things (appointed to be provided by Act
of Assembly as aforesaid) as alsoe A Convenient house at the
place aforesaid for the Commissioners of this County and others
that have publique bussnes to Doe on any Day there to meet
and doe the same as alsoe to keepe the County Cort: there at the
Certained Dayes appointed by Act of Assembly for the holding
the same soe long as the Commrs: shall thinke fitt Soe to Doe ; / ;
It is ffurther ordered that the present Sherriffe and those that
have bin Sherriffes formerly have notice of this order that
they pay the said Amercements to the said Henry Smith

and Samuell Jackson published their intention
