Whereupon Thurloho Brien voluntary in his proper person
appeares in Cort: and proffers to pay the same;for the said
Daniell Clauson; and Acknowledgeth Judgemt: for one thousand
foure hundred pounds of tobacco due from him the said Thurloho
Brien to be paid to Ambrose White with Cost of Sute And
thereupon the Cort: ordrs: the said Thurlohoe Brien to pay unto
Ambrose White or his ordr: one Thousand foure hundred pounds
of tobacco & Cost of Sute alias execucon ~ ~ ~
Whereupon the said Ambrose White Doth in open Cort: acquitte
& release the said Dan: Clauson from any ffurther service as
alsoe to save harmelesse and defend y said Dan: from paying
to any person or persons the summes of tobacco mentioned in
the Accot: brought here into Cort: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
