Assume upon himselfe and promise that he the sd:
Jones woulld pay or Cause to be paid unto Jno: Waheeb
of St: Maries County in the province of Maryland his
executors: administrators: or assignes the quantity of six
hundred and fifty pounds of good marchantable well
Condicioned neat porke to be paid in some Convenient
place in Sommersett County upon demand To the Per-
formance of which he bindes himselfe executors:
and administators: but he the said Jones little regarding
his promise and Assumpcon but fraudulently intending
to Deceive him the said Wahopp of the aforesaid quantity
of Porke which being often Demanded but he the said
Jones denyeing and Still doth to pay The plaintiffe
saith he is Dampnified And hath Dammadge to the
vallue of Two Thousand pounds of tobacco and thereupon
brings his Sute &c ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

This Bill bindeth me Leonard Jones of Cageers
Island in the province of Maryland my executors:
or administrators: to pay or Cause to be payd unto
mr: John Wahob of the County of St: Maries in
