of the other (vizt) That the said Daniell Clauson is to come
and tender himselfe to the said White at his now dwelling
house on the first day of ffebruary next ensueing then
and there to enter into service with the said White and
to serve him in such Lawfull Imployment as he the
said White hath for him to Doe or the said Clauson is
Capable of Doeing For the full terme and time of one
whole yeare next and Imediatly ffollowing for the
which yeares service the said White is to pay the
said Clauson the Consideracon ffollowing (vizt) Two
Thousand five hundred pounds of tobacco &Caske
quallified According to Act of Assembly over & beside
meate Drinke washing & Lodging while he is working
with the said White as also his County & Country Leavy
for the yeare And that this is theire Agreement the
parties Above named have hereunto put to theire hands
the Day and yeare above written; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
in presence of us Daniell Clauson
