The Cort: upon Certaine Serious Consideracons ordered
That Thomas Evans Doe give in two good Securities
for his good behaviour in the summe of 10lb: Sterling within
three Dayes at the house of Edmund Beauchamp ; / ;

appeares in Cort: To the worpll: Commrs: of Sommersett County
and presents this The humble peticon of Randall Revell
peticon wch: is read Is such That whereas he had the peace sworne against
him without any missdeameanor acted on his behalfe nor
since that time Doth humbly beseech you the Commrs: of
this worpll: Cort: that he may have his bond Delivered
in that his bayle may be dischardged the humble prayers
of your peticioner Randall Revell ~ ~ ~
proclamacon being made three times if any person
had any Complainte to give in against the said
Randall Revell of breaking the peace Since he
entered into bond none appearing none appearing
The Cort: ordered that y said mr: Revell and his Security
