Acquitt and Dischardge the bearer hereof Christopher
Snossall from any service or debts or bills or bonds upon
this Accompt that he Doth gett A passage home to his
frinds in the hull man otherwayes to returne home
againe in six dayes to pocomoke to John Andersons
house and there to Stay the residue of his time but if
the said Christopher Snossall doth bring from under
the master of the ship to me then doth I promise to
give him his Condicon in and Cleare him from all
persons from the beginning of the world unto this day
as witnes my hand this 5th: of June Thomas Evans
Thomas Evans appeares before the board
and ownes the writing to be his & Claimes
the said Christopher for his servant producing
this following Articles of Agreement ; / ;
Articles of Agreement made Concluded and Agreed
upon this 27th: day of May Ao: 1673 betwixt Christopher
Snossall of the one party and Thomas Evans of the
other party wittnesseth that the abovesaid Christopher
doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the
abovesaid Thomas to Serve him in all such service
and Imploymt: as he the said Thomas shall Imploy
him in (makeing A Crop excepted) from the day of
the Date hereof untill the 25th: day of December
next ensueing; And if it shoulld soe happen yt:
the said xstopher Shoulld be sick or Lame or by
