The same Day Commrs: as afore
Whereas Patience Potter Complaines to this Cort: that she is
uncivilly treated and dealt withall by mr: Richard Whitty
and his wife, which was made appeare; The said Richard
Whittey appeares in Cort: and saith that the said Patience Potter
is his servant for terme of yeares, The Cort: upon Serious
Consideracon Doe order that the said Patience Potter remayne
at the house of George Betts untill november Cort: next &
then to appeare before the Cort: And that Richard Whitty alsoe
appeare and then produce to the Cort: by what title he Claimeth
the said Patience Potter to be his Servant And ffurther ordered
that the said Richard Whitty deliver her or her order her
usuall working Clothes she had when Living in y house
of the said Richard Whitty ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Ordered that the Severall and respective Overseers for
appointed for his Lopps: highwayes for this County assoone
as the water is ffallen Doe summon in the people in their
