Phillip Berre deft: plt: and deft: appeare
Decla: read vizt
Sommersett Ss Phillip Berre was attached to answer the Suite of
John Spicer in an accon of the Case
And the said John by his Attorney Henry Smith saith
That the said Phillip Standeth indebted unto the said
John the summe of five hundred and ninety pounds
of tobacco & Caske as pr accot: appeares but the said
Phillip ffraudulently intending refuseth to pay or give
his bill unto the said John for the foresaid summe of
five hundred and ninety pounds of tob: & Caske -
whereupon the said John is Damnified And hath
Dammage to the vallue of one Thousand pounds
of tobacco and Caske and thereupon brings his Suite
