That the said Vincent standeth indebted unto the said
Richard in the summe of foure hundred and fifty pounds
of tobacco & Caske as pr accot: will appeare but the said
Vincent fraudulently intending refuseth to pay unto y
said Richard the aforesaid summe of ffoure hundred
and fifty pounds of tobacco and Caske whereby the
said Richard is Damnified and hath Dammage to the
vallue of nine hundred pounds of tobacco and Caske
