house the said Thomas refuseth to performe his Agreement
made as aforesaid to the great Detriment and Dammadge of the plt:
the plt: having made provision on purpose for his entertainemt:
The plt: saith he is Dampnified and hath Damadge to the vallue
of one Thousand pounds of tobacco which he Demands or else
the service of the said Thomas Moollson and thereupon brings

unto Richard Tull this insueing Crop two barrells of Indian Corn

non est Invents: Therefore humbly Craves an attachment on
the goods Chattles & Creditts of the said Phillip Shapleigh to answer
his Sute the next County Cort: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Cort: orders that Attachment be issued forth upon the goods
Chattles and Creditts of Phillip Shapleigh for one Thousand pounds
