vers in an accon of the Case
Thomas Moollson deft:
The plt: and deft: being Called appeares
The Declaracon read vizt
Sommersett Ssu Thomas Moollson late of Sommersett County was
Attatch to answer unto Richard Tull in an accon of y Case &c.
And whereupon the said Richard Tull for himselfe saith that
he the said Thomas Moollson Did upon the seaventeenth day
of ffebruary in the XXXXith: yeare of the Dominion of the
Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Annoq Domini one Thousand six
hundred and seaventy two; Agree Covenant & promise
to Live with him the said Richard Tull from the day aforesd:
untill the last Day of november now next Comeing The
said Thomas Moollson to Doe Such service as the said Richd:
Tull shoulld imploy him in Duering the said terme And
at the expiracon of the said terme the said Richard Tull
was to pay or Cause to be paid the summe or quantity
of eight hundred pounds of tobacco and thre barrells of
Corne and Duering the said terme the said Richard was
to provide for the said Thomas Moollson and the Chilld of the
said Thomas Moollson sufficient meate Drinke Lodging
and washing Allwayes provided and excepted that if in
Case the Said Chilld Shoulld not live to the last of november
the said Thomas was to have no more then what is before
specified paid him at the expiracon of his Service; The
Chilld of the said Thomas Since Dyeing in the plts:
