upon the same to sue arreast Implead and imprison
recover and receive and upon receipt to acquitt Discharge
& release acquittance to grant and Signe as fully as if
my Selfe were personally present to Doe the same ratiefieing

my name and to my use to aske Demand recover and
receive all such summe or summes of Tobacco as may
appeare Due to me from Humphrey Davis late of Somersett
County aforesaid, but at present in virga: Granting unto
my said Attorney aforesaid George Hasfurt of Sommersett
County in the Province of Maryland Chirurgeon; full power
and Lawfull Authority upon refusall or Default of paymt:
to sue persue arreast Implead and Imprison and execucon
out to take, Alsoe to make Composicon if he thinkes fitt
And upon receipt to Acquitt Discharge and release
