Acquittance or Acquittances to grant signe Seale and
Deliver as fully and as amply as if I my Selfe were
personnally present one or more attorneys undr: him if
he thinks fitt ratiefieing Confirming and establishing
all and whatsoever my said attorney Shall Doe or Cause
to be Donne in the Premisses to be as firme and effectuall
as if I my Selfe were personally present to Doe the
same in faith and Testimoney whereof I have hereunto
putt my hand and Seale this eighteenth day of
october Annoq Domini one Thousand Six hundred

Price of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland plantor:
send greeting in our Lord God everlasting, Whereas God
hath beene pleased to Blesse me with A visible estate I
Doe therefore give and make over unto my sonne James
Price (borne of my late wife Katherinne Deceased) these Cattle
hereafter mentioned with theire female Increase vizt, one
Black Cowe with a white Starr in her forehead Commonly called
Nutt; one black Cowe called Colly Black, one Black Cowe
with a white Starr in her forehead called Starr; The said
Cowes being marked as ffolloweth; Slitt of both ears and one
Little nick on the top of the left year, The said Cowes soe
marked and Called as aforesaid I Doe freely And
