17 received of the aforesaid mr: Randall Revell Doth hereby
Covenant bargaine and promise and agree to come to
the house of the said mr: Randall Revell att or before the
seaventeenth day of this Instant Aprill And there to sawe
with a Servant of his the said mr: Revells the Just quantity
of three thousand foote of good board Such as he the said
Randall Shall thinke fitt for the payment of the said debt
for the true performance whereof I the said Jno: Anderson
Doe hereby binde mee Selfe my heyres executors: administratrs:
or assignes in the penallty of Two thousand pounds of sound
marchantable to be payd upon demand after the tenth day of
october next ensueing the Date hereof but the John Anderson
soe performing as aforesaid that then this Condicon to bee
voyd and of noe effect but if the board be not sawne according
to bargaine that then this penallty to Stand in full force
power and virtue as wittnes my hand and Seale this day and
year abovesaid
