16 Attorney Saith That he the said John Anderson by Articles
made betweene him and the plaintiff bearing Date the
eight day of Aprill Ao: Do: 1671 and in the XXXXth: year
of the Dominion of the Rt: hon:ble Caecilius Did oblige
himselfe to Come to the house of the aforesaid Randall
Revell at or before the Seaventeenth day of this instant
Aprill there to sawe with a Servant of the aforesaid Revell
the quantity of three thousand foote of good planke it being
Satisfaccon for one thousand thirty five pounds of tobacco
received of the aforesaid Randall Revell by the aforesaid
John Anderson ffor the performance of which he bindes
himselfe his heires executors: administrators: in the penall
summe of Two thousand pound of good tobacco to be paid
upon demand after the tenth of october last past recourse
being had to the said Articles will more plainly appeare
but he the said Anderson Little regarding his promise
allthough much to the Losse and Damage of the said Revell
for the which he prayes the Cort: that order may issue out
against the said Anderson for the summe of two thousand
pounds of tobacco and thereupon he bringeth his Sute

Articles of Agreement Indented had and made this 8th:
day of May Ao: Do: 1671 betweene John Anderson
of the one party of the Province of Maryland and County
of Sommersett Sawyer And mr: Randall Revell of the Province
aforesaid high Sherriffe of the said County of the other part
Wittnesseth that he the said John Anderson for and in
Consideracon of the Just quantity of one Thousand
and thirty five pounds of marchantable tobacco allready
received
