warrant the said mare with her Increase unto the said
ffrancis Roberts his executors: or assignes for ever from
any Claime or Demand whatsoever to be made by any person
or persons whatsoever as wittness my hand and Seale this
thirteenth day of August one Thousand six hundred seaventy
and Two ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

in the presence of Allexander Jemison Seale

This day (to witt) the 13 day of August in the one and
ffortieth year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c
Annoq Domini 1672 Came before the Court Allexander
Jemison; And then and there Did Acknowledge the within
mentioned mare with her Increase to be the right of
ffrancis Roberts within named as the giuft of the said
Allexander; And ffurther the said Allexander ffor him
Selfe and his heires doth warrant the Sale of the said
mare unto the said ffrancis and to his heires for ever
against him the said Allexander and his heires for
ever or any other person or persons whatsoever &c.
Taken before the Cort: the Day and
yeare abovesaid ~ ~
Intrat in recordo the 15th: day of August
Annoq Domini 1672 ~ ~ ~ ~
