The same Day Commrs: as afore onely mr:
John White riseth from the board
Sarah Bass A Mallatto by A negro man Servant and an
English woman Servant both belonging to mr: John White
borne in the said John Whites house and by him wholy
maintained ever Since She was borne And transported
out of Virginia into this province as his Servant appeares
in Cort: and Acknowledges herselfe to be now almost eight
yeares of age which is Agreable to the Corts: Judgement
her master John White appeares also; Gives and Confirmes
to his Said servant one Redde and white pyde Cowe marked
as ffoll Cropt and Slitt of the left year and a hole on the left
ear with one Cowe Calfe of the same marke with all
their female encrease from this day upon Condicon and
provided the aforesaid Sarah Basse Continues a Servant
to her said Master John White and his order till She comes
to the age of one and twenty yeares which terme the
Cort: orders the said Sarah Basse to serve the said John
White or his assignes; The Cort: Judges her to be almost eight
yeares of age; The male encrease of the said Cowe & Cowe
Calfe the said John White reserves absolutely to his
owne use ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
~ ~ ~ 14th ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The same Day Commrs: as afore
This Day Came before the board mr: Thomas Jones high
sherriffe of this County and Edward Jones whome the
high sherriffe desired that he might be Sworne his under
sherriffe; Edward Jones was Sworne udner under sherriffe
before the Cort: Accordingly ; / ;
