Throwing the said John upon the ffloore in the said house
did breake one of the bones in the right Legg of the said John
to his exeeding great paine and griefe which forthwith
rendred him utterly uncapeable to worke as formerly for
his Livelyhood whereby the plt: hath bin forced to great
expences for his Said Cure diett and other necessaryes
to the exeeding great Losse and Damage of the said plt:
And thereupon brings his Sute Craveing order for the payemt:
as well of his Charges for his Cure &c as alsoe for his Losse of
