Whereas Randall Revell hath Comitted severall misdea:
meanors and hath refused to give any bond or else for
his appearance to answer the same According to Lawe
but peremptory will goe to prison ; / ; ~ ~ ~
These are therefore in the name of the Rt: honble: the Lord
Proprietarys to will and require you to take the said
Randall Revell into yor: Custody that he be forthcomeing
the next Cort: there to answer such things as shall then
and there appeare against him, hereof fayle not as you
will answer the Contrary upon perill given under my
