11 said County gent: vizt: saying that he had Sold my Lord
Proprietaryes Land and had marked A Line of Trees in the
middle of the said Randall Revells neck, and had gott barks
from severall trees there. The said Randall Revell saying
he woulld make the said Henry Smith as good to eat the trees
Barke and all; And that the said Smith was rowted out of
Accomack; and he woulld rowte him here hence; And many other
Scandelous expressions as will appear by Evidences ; / ;
Whereas the said Randall Revell upon the Twenty Sixth day of
September Did in A Contemptious manner by force of Armes
as swords Stalves and knifes take from Owen Mackra A Constable
in this County A warrant of the peace signed by the said Henry
Smith the said warrant being sent out for the said Randall Revell
to answer the Breach of Act of Assembly, And afterwards by
Complainte of the Constable the said Henry Smith demanded
the warrant of him the said Randall Revell, And the said
Randall Revells answer was that he woulld not Deliver the
warrant to him the said Henry Smith nor to the Constable
neither ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And whereas the said Henry Smith makeing enquire into the
premisses aforesaid received many scandelous and reproachfull
words from the said Randall Revell, vizt; That he did not
Care a Turd for the said Henry Smith of the Bench And
That his warrant was A pittyfull warrant; And that the said
Smith Coulld have Six or Seaven knights of the past at his
pleasure
