Justices of this County to be forth Comeing the next
Cort: in answere Such things as Shoulld then appeare
against him whereupon the said Smith abierted
against the said Randall Revell That he the said
Randall Revell Did Contrary to Act of Assembly
malitiously give out many scandelous reports agst:
the said Henry Smith of the said County gent: as
alsoe when he the said Randall Revell was before
him did use many reproachfull Language to the said
Smith which was putt into the Jury of Enquest
to examine the premisses; who finde as ffolloweth
The Cause Depending betweene the Lord Proprietary and
Randall Revell appeareth to the Jury Ignoramos ; / ;

Thereupon the Court orders that the said Randall Revell be
Discharged from ffurther Attendance upon this Court in
