appertaining or that hereafter may accrew appetaine
or belong, And alsoe the aforesaid Sloope with her apparell
ffurniture and boate, All which the said Thomas his
heires executors: administrators or assignes Shall enjoye
for ever quietly and peaceably and free and quit of and
from any molestacon or trouble from or by him the said
Cornelius his heires executors: administrators: or assignes
or from or by any person or persons whatsoever by
any title Claime or pretence whatsoever This Deed-
being meant to be with A generall warenty ; / ;
Provided nevertheless And the true intent and meaning
hereof is that if the said Cornelius Johnson Shall
pay unto the said Thomas five Thousand pounds
of very good bright and Large tobacco and Caske at
some Convenient house near the Sea Side upon Chic
karoon river upon or before the last day of ffebruary
next Comeing and Shall alsoe pay twelve thousand-
pounds more of the like good tobacco and Caskes at the
place aforesaid unto the said Thomas his heires
or assignes upon or before the tenth Day of octobr:
next Comeing; Then these present Indentures
and the power of them Shall Cease But else they
are and at all times Shall be helld ffor Good
effectuall
