Sworne Saith Richard Ackworth was at me to Survey a peece of Land the other
side the Creeke I asked m^r: Revell whether he was Concerned
in it; and m^r: Revell made me answer that he did see I was

m^r: Revell liveth upon ) And told me that he woulld give me
warrants to Survey two necks for some gentlemen of
James river pointing his hand over the Creeke, I was then
near Ackworths or betweene Owen Mackra and Ackworth
I did Survey one neck for Capt^a: Bridger and Cronch the
other for Capt^a: Glanville and Nasworthy; Sometime after
this m^r: Revell he quarrelled with me and asked me why I
surveyed
