peticionr: as in Duty bound Shall pray ~ ~ ~ ~
There being noe Suite Comenced the Cort: understanding that
Allexander Jemison is the master of the Sd: Thomas Cox, Itt
is ordered that the said Servant goe home along with his master
& appeare the next Cort: And that Allexander Jemison doe
then appeare to Shewe Cause (if any he hath) wherefore ye
Said Servant might not have his ffreedome ~ ~ ~
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Same day Commrs: as afore
Whereas mr: Henry Smith hath proposed to this Court that for
& in Consideracon of the Amercements due from the Serverall
persons which have ben heretofore Cast by the Cort: of this County
(According to Act of Assembly) as alsoe for what Amercements Shall
arrive upon the Like occasion for one year to Commence after
this Cort: he will at his owne proper charge finde A Convenient
house to keepe Cort: in or to use for any other publike meeting
Soe longe as the Cort: for this County Shall thinke fitt to make
use of the same ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Where upon this Cort: orders that the Amercements wch: have bin found
due from the severall persons which have bin heretofore Cast by y Cort
of this County (According to Act of Assembly) as alsoe for what Amercements
Shall arrive upon the Like occasion for one year to Commence aftr: this Cort:
Be paid to mr: Henry Smith Allwayes provided that the said Henry
Smith his heires executors: & administrators: doe finde a Sufficient tenan-
(at his owne proper cost & charge)
table Cort: house^ to keepe Cort: in or to use for any other publicke meeting
Soe long as the Cort: of this County Shall thinke ffitt to make use of y same
the said house to be in Such A Convenient place in this County as the
Cort: Shall appointe & approve off ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
