82 The Same Day Commrs as afore
Whereas George Bossman orphant of Wm: Bossman late
of this County deceased personally appeares before the board
& Desireth that his Brother in Lawe George Betts of this
County might be his Guardian in the place of John Nellson
late of this County deceased The said George Betts appeares
before the board & accepts of the Guardianship of the said
George Bossman, Whereupon the Cort: Confirmes the said
George Betts to be the Guardian of the said George Bossman &
ffurther orders that the said George Betts take into his possession
the estate of the said George Bossman giving in good Security
for y payment of the said orphants estate when he Commeth
to age according to Lawe. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

& desireth that her Brother in Lawe George Betts of this County
might be her Guardian in the place of John Nelson late of
this County deceased; the Sd: George Betts appeares before
the board & accepts of the Guardianship of the said Anne
Bossman; Whereupon the Cort: Confirmes the said George Betts
to be the Guardian of the Said Anne Bossman: & ffurther ordered
that the said George Betts take into his possession the estate
of the said Anne Bossman giving in good Security for the
payment of the said Orphants estate when She Commeth
