The order dated y eleaventh day of August in the XXXiXth
year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Ao:
Do: 1670 Concerning the estate of Wm: Bossman late of this
County deceased is by the Cort: this day Confirmed & ffurther
orderd that the executrix of the said Wm: Bossman Ellianor
Keene appeare the next County Cort: & bring an Accot:

Capias being issued forth against Thomas Davis Taylor
in A plea of Debt (& returned non est Invts: ) to
answer Cornelius Morris ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereupon Cornelius Morris Saith that there is due unto
him eight hundred pounds of tobacco which Shoulld have
bin paid Long Since, but Still unsatisfied being Dampnified
for want of his tobacco brings his Suite Craves writt
of Attachment upon the Creditts & Goods of the said

This bill bindeth me Thomas Davis of Sommersett County

Morris or to his heires executors: administrators or assignes
the full & Just Summe of eight hundred pounds of
good marchantable tobacco & Caske this being for A
